Common questions

How do I add my family?

Your family code is created when you first set up GemSprout. Kids join by entering the family code on their device. If you are inviting a second parent or partner, they sign in with their own Google or Apple account. They do not need the family code.

How do I reset my data?

You can permanently delete all family data by going to Settings -> Reset All Data inside the app. This cannot be undone.

I lost my family code. What do I do?

Your family code is always visible in Settings -> Family Code. Keep in mind that the family code is primarily for kids to join. Parents can sign back into the parent dashboard using the same Google or Apple account they originally used.

Something is not working right.
